Corporate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant to support the Manager of Corporate Administration and assist with various administrative functions. This role plays an integral part in ensuring smooth operations within the corporate office.

Reception Duties:

Welcome and log visitors according to established policies.

Answer corporate phone lines and provide backup support for the central telephone system.

Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries; distribute items accordingly.

General Administrative Duties:

Provide administrative support to members of the Executive Team and the Corporate Administration Manager.

Order office supplies for the corporate office.

Coordinate with building maintenance professionals as needed.

Assist with building maintenance issues and employee events.

Summary of Desired Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Technical aptitude to learn new software and platforms.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Customer service focus across all internal customer groups.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across the organization.

This is a Permanent position based out of Shelton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
