Tire Town is now hiring for a Front Desk Assistant. This entry level job involves assisting Manager with the front desk operations, including greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, coordinating with technicians, and completing administrative duties on a daily basis. Salary is Depending on Experience for this position.

Responsibilities

:

Professional customer service by phone or in person

Input data on computers pertaining to mechanic jobs and sales

Communicate with Technicians information that applies to ongoing jobs

Assist manager with tasks as assigned

Skills:

Must have basic computer and math skills

Have a positive attitude and communicate with customers effectively

Ability to work with others and be a team player

Be able to complete daily tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:

Need to be at least 18 years old

Have a valid Alaska drivers license

Be able to work flexible hours

Must be able to lift 50lbs and up
