Position Summary:

The Front Desk / Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and secure environment. This role supports daily administrative operations, assists multiple departments, and helps maintain smooth communication throughout the facility.

Pay: 20/hr - Weekly Pay!

Shift Details:

Scheduled shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Lunch: 30 minutes unpaid

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor & Security Management

Greet and direct visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in alignment with plant security and safety procedures.

Maintain visitor logs and issue badges following company access control policies.

Ensure all visitors complete required safety orientation before entering production areas.

Communicate emergency procedures and guide visitors during drills or incidents.

Administrative Support

Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.

Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, appointments, tours, and lunches.

Prepare and maintain basic reports, spreadsheets, and filing systems.

Department Support

Partner with HR to support onboarding and employee events.

Assist procurement and maintenance teams with document handling and vendor coordination.
