The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing support to CS, Quality, Planning, Finance and Supply Chain personnel including external manufacturing and 3PL storage. This role will require hands-on as well as supervisory involvement in critical activities such as manufacturing orders, transfer orders, inventory management, cycle count verification, aged inventory and donations data analysis. This role will work closely with supply chain, inventory management systems and 3PL warehouse. It is understood that this position will play a key role in - and be accountable for - achieving annual company goals as they pertain to Inbound, Manufacturing Order fulfillment and Reconciliations.
How you will contribute
Assisting in conducting Cycle Counts on raw material and finished goods at co-man or 3PL locations - inclusive of E-Comm, and handling reconciliation process in full
Data entry into NetSuite for BOM builds for new or revised products to accurately reflect materials, costs and labeling data
Entering in Work Orders for consumption reports from manufacturing site into ERP system
Assisting QA, R&D, Finance with the new item set up process
Assisting in managing and coordinating transfers of product from 3PLs and Co-man locations
Receiving and managing turnkey transactions in ERP systems
Ensuring goods are stored properly and safely
Monitors and assists the disposition on aged and donated product for proper tracking
Preparing PO's for monthly manufacturing requirements for both turnkey and non-turnkey partners
Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory finished goods and raw materials. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required
Assist physical inventory process and cycle counts while aligning with internal requirements
Develop and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely
Ensures inventory accuracy by coordinating the inventories and goods system to system information
Helps with the BOL entry process into NetSuite for order accuracy, inventory depletion and NetSuite alignment
Tracks attainment w/Co-Man's and owns communication of discrepancies/misalignments
Coordinating cross-functionally and providing all requirements to Finance in a timely manner to ensure best practices
Identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement efforts for inventory control
Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Operations department

Associate's degree or 2 years work experience in similar field required

Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
California base salary range: $68,640 to $91,700
Any other location base salary range: $61,100 to $91,700
