Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain professional to join their dedicated team. As a Senior Supply Chain, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Network Project team supporting strategic and complex transitional supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Supply Chain

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $45-55/hr

What's the Job?

Lead strategic and complex transitional supply chain projects with cross-functional and global teams from inception to completion.

Define project scope, targets, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, resources, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.

Ensure timely delivery of project stages and prepare for stage gate decision meetings.

Manage project costs, deadlines, quality standards, resources, and compliance with company policies.

Identify and mitigate risks through RAID logs, escalating significant issues proactively to prevent project derailments.

Proven experience in managing complex supply chain projects within a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
