Responsibilities As a senior Human Resources Specialist for the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), the incumbent will be responsible for the pay and compensation program, providing technical guidance, and training on the pay and compensation policy program to EOUSA senior leadership and the United States Attorneys' Offices (USAOs). EOUSA and the USAOs are comprised of nearly 13,000 employees located in 94 offices throughout the United States. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Specialized experience: Applicants must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service, serving as a program manager or senior advisor in the development, implementation, operation of pay and compensation programs; experience in implementation of pay and compensation policies, regulations, and standards; experience in different pay plans to determine pay setting; and experience in advising other human resources personnel and top management on resolving a pay or compensation issue.
