Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 - $20 p/hr BOE

Shift: 8am - 5pm; Mon - Fri

What's a typical day as a Receptionist? You'll be:

Answering phones professionally, directing calls, and greeting clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive client interaction.

Preparing materials for client appointments and maintaining intake folders for all case @types.

Assisting the attorney with drafting legal documents, managing calendars, and maintaining organized filing systems.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a strong background in administration, secretarial work, or legal assistance, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach-experience with Clio or similar legal case management software is a must.

Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment and internet research.
