As a Security Officer - Unarmed Manufacturing Patrol in Boca Raton, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will play a key role in promoting a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and check credentials of personnel and visitors to help to maintain authorized access to designated areas within the location.

Report and document any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or hazards encountered during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.

Support the overall security-related operations of the manufacturing and industrial location as directed by Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
