In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead and manage the Manufacturing Technology Center, ensuring alignment with Emerson's strategic goals.
Drive innovation and implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a safer, smarter workplace.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years in developing and deploying manufacturing equipment with experience in leading teams, process development, and project management.
Demonstrated experience designing discrete manufacturing equipment from concept to implementation, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
Proven leadership experience in interdisciplinary manufacturing technologies or similar roles.
Proven ability to guide the adoption and integration of new manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
Experience working with global teams
Ability to travel internationally as required

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Professional Engineer License
Experience with sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
