We are seeking a driven and resourceful Industrial Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will conduct full-cycle recruiting, focusing on industrial and skilled labor positions, including transload operators, CDL drivers, heavy equipment operators, maintenance technicians, locomotive engineers, and rail switchmen. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment and a strong understanding of the industrial workforce.

What you'll be doing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial roles, from intake to onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruiting strategies

Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referral programs, and local outreach

Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication throughout the process

Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience while maintaining communication and transparency

Maintain accurate applicant tracking and pipeline activity in Dayforce (our Applicant Tracking System); experience with ATS implementation/configuration is a plus

Attend job fairs, community events, and partner with local workforce centers or vocational programs to drive outreach

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies, including DOT regulations when applicable

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruiting function

Requirements to be successful in this position:

Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building abilities

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Friendly, professional communication (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Bilingual (French/Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within industrial, logistics, construction, or manufacturing environments

PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus

Familiarity with DOT-regulated hiring and safety-sensitive positions is a plus

Overnight travel will be required (~20%)
