Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker - Medical

Location: New Albany, OH

Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour

Shift: Night shift from 6pm - 6:30am and day shift from 6am - 6:30pm

What's the Job?

Support manufacturing operations in a GMP facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Gown up and adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including no makeup, jewelry, or painted/fake nails

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

Prior work in the Medical, Food Safety Industry, or Management experience preferred; training will be provided

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Willingness to work in a GMP manufacturing setting with gowning requirements
