As a Security Officer - Bank Site Patrol in Boston, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the location. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by providing outstanding customer service and clear communication with staff, visitors, and clients. Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor entrances and restricted areas, checking for proper credentials and assisting visitors as needed.

Document and report any unusual observations or incidents according to site protocols.

Collaborate with Allied Universal management and location staff to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding individuals during evacuation or lockdown situations.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential risks and provide reassurance to those at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
