The Job
The Manager, Brand Management & Product Marketing , will oversee the development, management and execution of the global marketing strategies for assigned PC/console titles within the Harry Potter universe, acting as a key integrator across teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and excellence across all marketing touch-points. You'll tap into the spirit and storytelling richness of the Wizarding World with an instinct for what excites its global fanbase, helping translate franchise magic into compelling creative and marketing moments that resonate broadly.
This role contributes to go-to-market planning, assists in shaping product marketing strategy, helps define global positioning, supports the development of worldwide creative materials, manages cross-functional and partner relationships, and executes global marketing plans that deepen engagement with the Harry Potter community.
The Daily
Support development and execution of global multi-year marketing plans for PC and console Harry Potter titles.
Contribute to campaign briefs, franchise strategy inputs, and long-range planning under senior guidance.
Establish global positioning and creative strategy and ensure alignment with key stakeholders and development studios.
Gather market, audience, and competitive insights to inform creative direction.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure product development, consumer marketing, digital marketing, PR, research, trade and sales execution is aligned with strategic and financial goals.
Track and socialize product, competitive, and player insights.
Manage workflows and ensure deliverables meet campaign timelines and strategic goals.
Manage campaign budgeting and billing for assigned titles.
Maintain budget trackers, process POs, support forecasting, and ensure vendor compliance.
Manage relationships with key external partners such as agencies, first party, and promotional partners.
Manage day-to-day deliverables, asset trafficking, timelines, and approvals.
Liaise with internal teams across the broader organization and other key partners to develop and execute on cross-promotional programs.
Collaborate with consumer products, Harry Potter franchise teams, partnerships, and regional marketing teams on campaign beats.
Ensure programs support global strategy and reinforce brand pillars.
The Essentials
Demonstrated experience in brand marketing, project management, and campaign execution.
Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing roles within the gaming industry
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in within a large organization
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, studios, external partners, regional teams, and licensors/licensees.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with comfort managing partner and vendor communications.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in shifting or ambiguous situations.
Project Management and coordination across functional groups, studios, and external partners/licensors
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in communications or marketing.
Ability to travel as needed.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $6,175.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
