Verdantas is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the Middletown, CT office. Hours range Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm with flexibilty. This role is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across projects and departments. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and communication support, while contributing to a collaborative and professional office environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

Maintain filing systems and organization of account information

Coordinate office functions and client-related meetings

Coordinate company vehicle maintenance

Operate and maintain standard office equipment including computer, copier, postage meter and scale, and plotter

Interact via phone, email, or in person with clients and other company employees

Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Occasional local travel to client sites as required

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

1 - 3 years of relevant administrative experience

Notary Public is a plus

Microsoft Office Teams and Office Suite experience a plus

Ability to meet and prioritize deadlines while working in an independent environment

Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel

Must be able to pass a background check post-offer accept

Salary Range:

22.00 - 26.00
