Performs highly complex professional administrative and policy analysis work. Work involves conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and developing procedures, conducting work efficiency studies, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Work requires extensive contact with high-level executives, managers and governmental agencies.
