Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting within our organization. This role is crucial in managing budgets, monitoring project costs, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial analysis, team collaboration, and process improvement to support our ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with organizational goals.

Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure alignment with budgetary expectations.

Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.

Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to assess financial performance and recommend corrective measures.

Utilize financial software and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Implement advanced financial technologies to improve management processes and reporting capabilities.

Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and standards applicable to the organization.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable activities, particularly related to construction projects.

Conduct payroll reviews and provide support for labor billing rates associated with project staffing.

Coordinate with external auditors and clients to facilitate project audits and financial evaluations.

Requirements

Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and financial reconciliations.

Expertise in maintaining general ledger accounts and preparing journal entries.

Strong experience in conducting financial statement audits and ensuring compliance.

Ability to perform detailed account reconciliations with accuracy.

Familiarity with payroll systems and labor rate calculations for project teams.

Advanced skills in financial software and tools for streamlined operations.

Solid understanding of cash management and daily cash control procedures.

Proven ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate financial success.
