What You'll Do Each Day Audit pallets and picked orders to validate accuracy in product @type, quantity, and labeling before shipment. Sort and inspect pallets to ensure items match order specifications and inventory system records. Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, damages, or labeling issues. Partner with pickers, packers, and inventory control to resolve issues quickly and maintain workflow efficiency. Update audit records and input findings into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain safety standards and follow all warehouse procedures. What You'll Bring to the Role At least 1 year of warehouse, auditing, inventory, or related experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently in a warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Basic computer proficiency and comfort using warehouse systems.
