Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Team Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost-effective way, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm ( Weekend availability as needed)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.

Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and escalate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.

Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.

Forklift certificate is a plus

Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role. Note: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
