Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Screen Room Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a clean room environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate machines in a clean/main room setting to work instruction standards, including scalper, classifier, sweco, and rotex.

Disassemble, clean, and reassemble main room machines and containers to QC standards, including scalper, classifier, sweco, rotex, storage bins, revert bins, and cans.

Adhere to 'clean as you go', CORE, and FOD expectations.

Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all environmental health and safety (EH&S) requirements.

Essential Skills

Experience in a production setting working with machines as a general production worker, machine operator, or a plant laborer.

Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at work each day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.

Eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clayville, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
