Job Title: Electrical Technician Apprentice

Pay Range:

$15 - $20 per hour (entry-level)

$20 - $25 per hour (with experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Technician Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the electrical trade. You will work under the supervision of licensed electricians, assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

Assist electricians with installing wiring, fixtures, and electrical systems.

Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand and power tools.

Pull wire through conduit and walls.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Prepare and clean work areas before and after job completion.

Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams with guidance.

Load and unload materials and supplies.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising electrician.

Essential Skills

Basic electrical knowledge, including wiring, circuits, voltage, and current.

Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.

Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and report electrical issues.

OSHA 10 certification (must be completed prior to starting).

Preferred Qualifications

2-3 years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

Ability to box out a room during the rough-in stage of construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
