Responsibilities for an Account Manager include but are not limited to:

Strategically reduce client churn and failure rates by standardizing best practices and building scalable operational processes

Drive revenue growth and platform engagement by increasing adoption of new features and products through structured outreach and vendor management

Develop strong partnerships with businesses in assigned areas or cities

Negotiate partnership terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

Identify key business partners in the area to expand product or service offerings

Provide ongoing account support and engagement through calls, outreach campaigns, and structured communication plans

Work cross-functionally to improve internal processes and enhance customer experience

Collaborate with team members to share learnings, improve workflows, and enhance overall performance

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs in a fast-paced environment

Candidates for Account Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, or consulting

Strong negotiation, pre-sales, and analytical skills

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives

Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus

Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred (SQL is a plus)

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
