Work directly with Account Managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, professional environment
What's a typical day as a Finance Analyst? You'll be:
Interfacing daily with internal and external clients via phone and email to research, resolve, or escalate issues
Analyzing complex financial data to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide recommendations
Reviewing open receivables, identifying payment frequency patterns, and performing root-cause analysis
Managing and prioritizing cash application processes for high-risk customers
Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for Account Managers, clients, brokers, TPAs, and auditors
Identifying system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address issues for high-risk, complex accounts
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
A college degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and in a team environment
High attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and detail
Experience in customer service or insurance-related processes
Bonus points if you have:
Knowledge of vision or insurance benefits
Understanding of third-party administration and benefits
Experience with SAP or Facets
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative
