Job Description

Join an exciting team as a Maintenance Technician working on essential machinery to the production floor. such as Corrugators.

Responsibilities

Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, relays, motors, switches, 480v, and 3-phase systems, while interpreting ladder logic.

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery, ensuring operational efficiency.

Engage in mechanical troubleshooting, focusing on bearings, lubrication, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.

Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors as necessary.

Install new or repaired machinery as required.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other work orders for specific repairs.

Apply lockout/tagout procedures as needed.

Troubleshoot PLC systems when required.

Essential Skills

5+ years of maintenance experience.

Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, relays, 3-phase motors, and 480v systems.

Ability to connect to a laptop and interpret ladder logic.

Skillful in interpreting electrical schematics.

Comfortable completing mechanical tasks in addition to electrical duties.

This is a Permanent position based out of Butler, IN.
