As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol Officer in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring retail and mall locations, conducting regular patrols to help to deter security-related incidents, and remaining highly visible throughout your shift. You will provide outstanding customer service, engage with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming atmosphere. Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences within the retail or mall setting.

Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities.

Offer directions, information, and/or assistance to visitors, shoppers, and employees as needed within the retail environment.

Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency response personnel when required.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
