Work You'll Do
Responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle solutions across multiple project workstreams, ensuring all activities align with overarching program goals. Supports the selection of Oracle packages by analyzing options, assessing business value drivers, and validating business case outcomes. Collaborates closely with the Program Steering Committee to manage project timelines, address risks and issues, and facilitate coordination between upstream and downstream systems and teams throughout the Oracle package deployment.

For our clients, our Oracle Cloud Finance Consultants reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery: Support the planning, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle solutions, ensuring activities are aligned with client objectives and Deloitte quality standards.
Collaboration: Work alongside Deloitte team members and client stakeholders to deliver project milestones, contributing subject matter expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with client teams and project leadership to help track progress, address risks, and facilitate the integration of Oracle solutions across business processes.
Client Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, assisting with issue resolution and maintaining Deloitte's reputation for exceptional client service.
Practice Development: Contribute to internal initiatives by sharing knowledge, supporting proposal development efforts, and participating in activities to advance Deloitte's Oracle practice and eminence.

Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 4 months of hands-on experience as an end user with ERP Finance or SCM modules, demonstrating familiarity with key business processes in areas such as RTR, PTP, PTC, OTM.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain technical information in business terms to clients and team members.
Minimum 6 months working as a contributing member of a team environment, sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and achieving collaborative results.
Willingness to obtain an Oracle Cloud certification in a relevant module.
Demonstrated sound judgment in identifying solutions, escalating issues appropriately, and applying logical thinking to client challenges.
Ability to work effectively in team settings, contributing knowledge, sharing insights, and delivering results in a collaborative environment.
High level of professionalism and flexibility, with a commitment to delivering quality client service and adapting to evolving project needs.
Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve.

Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
Participation in one or more full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations in a functional capacity, demonstrating hands-on involvement from design through deployment and post-go-live support.
Ability to work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presenting with tools such as MS Visio and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, coupled with sound judgment.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,400-$155,400.
