As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Control in Spanaway, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry and exit points, conducting regular patrols, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Pay Rate: $22.75 / Hour

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access points to the facility to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit.

Verify credentials and identification of individuals entering or exiting the location according to site-specific policies.

Assist with visitor management procedures, including logging and directing guests as necessary.

Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting personnel and visitors in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific instructions.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards according to company and client protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and local emergency responders as needed during emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
