As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Schertz, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be an important presence at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. You will communicate clearly and respond professionally to situations as they arise, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Pay Rate: $15.62 / Hour

Day Time

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior within the facility.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns specific to the industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
