As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Agent in Springdale, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, supporting a secure environment, and providing exceptional customer service and communication to those on site. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter potential issues and monitor for unusual activity.

Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to company and location protocols.

Assist with controlling access to the location by checking identification and/or credentials as required.

Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
