As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play an important role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the site. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor manufacturing and industrial areas for any unusual or suspicious activity, reporting findings to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related questions and provide directions or information as needed.

Document all patrol activities, incidents, and observations in daily reports to maintain accurate records for the location.

Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines to help to maintain a secure environment within the industrial and manufacturing setting.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
