Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join a pioneering company known for its innovative robotic automation and material handling equipment. As a MAssembler, you will contribute to the assembly of sophisticated machinery used in the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries.

Responsibilities

Use machine drawings, assembly drawings, control schematics, and bills of materials to proficiently build and troubleshoot as needed.

Engage in reducing and eliminating non-value-added work throughout the organization.

Utilize hand tools for tasks such as structural assembly, mechanical drive assembly, fluid control assembly, guard and cover assembly, mechanical assembly, and simple electrical assembly, ensuring quality workmanship and neatness.

Complete quality assurance checks for Blue Books.

Provide accurate documentation, including labor reporting, material issue/returns, material moves, and material scrap reports.

Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including 'Kanban'.

Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sun Prairie, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
