SUMMARY: A compassionate, hands-on Director of Clinical Nutrition to
lead out Nutritional Services Department. This role will be part time or
full time with the ability for flexible scheduling pending mutual
agreement between the candidate and organization. Recognizing that food
is a vital role in the healing process, this role combines clinical
nutrition expertise with leadership of a dedicated dietary team.
REQUIREMENTS: Ensuring patients receive high-quality meals and
evidence-based nutritional care in alignment with our mission of
providing premier healthcare. Provide individualized nutrition
assessments, care plans, and education for patients in the inpatient and
outpatient settings, with divers medical needs. Oversee daily dietary
operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and meal service.
Assist in the supervision, training, and scheduling of dietary
employees to ensure quality service and compliance with safety
standards. Actively participate in kitchen operations as needed,
supporting a team-oriented environment. Manage department budgets,
inventory, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with state,
federal and hospital food safety regulations. Collaborate with
clinical and administrative leaders to promote wellness and patient
satisfaction. Maintain and update nutrition and kitchen/dietary

policies. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition,
or related field required; master\'s degree preferred. Registered
Dietitian with state licensure requires. 2+ years of clinical nutrition
experience highly preferred; leadership experience preferred. Food
handler\'s certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Strong communication, organization, and hands-on leadership.
