Description We are looking for a motivated File Clerk to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This contract position is ideal for individuals who excel in organizational tasks and enjoy working independently. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in maintaining order, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Organize and file paperwork into designated folders promptly and accurately.

Create and label new file folders as required to accommodate additional documents.

Support a year-end project involving file rotation and system updates.

Handle sensitive documents with discretion and ensure confidentiality is maintained.

Collaborate on administrative tasks and projects as needed. Requirements - Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong ability to stay organized.

Capable of working independently and efficiently managing time.

Prior experience in filing or administrative roles is a plus but not essential.

Familiarity with paper filing, scanning, and e-filing processes.

Comfortable handling file boxes and managing physical document organization. TalentMatch®
