As a part of Enterprise Business Services, the Senior Manager role will accelerate the delivery of strategic initiatives across the enterprise through best-in-class program . The role will be part of the Center of Excellence for program delivery, finance governance, S4 security implementation and oversight for Enterprise Business Services. What You'll Do
Lead SAP S4 security transformation and implementation across Walmart, including global markets.
Troubleshoot and escalate complex SAP security and GRC access control issues.
Coordinate segregation of duties and GRC rule sets with the Global Governance team to minimize risk.
Validate system and application access to ensure alignment with job responsibilities and policies.
Oversee periodic access reviews and remediate inappropriate or outdated access.
Maintain documentation for access rules, role-based models, and security standards.
Support compliance efforts (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, internal audits).
Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Provide direction on global capabilities and consult on local functionality.
Support long-range planning, project timelines, and change management strategies, proactively mitigating risks.
Collaborate with teams to develop service level agreements, scorecards, and reporting.
Track action items, risks, and resolutions, holding teams accountable for deliverables.
Capture lessons learned and develop best practices for successful deployment.
Understand program functionality to anticipate downstream and upstream impacts.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
