Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be the friendly face that keeps our store running like clockwork. You'll support both our Store Leadership Team and Talent Partners, helping to ensure smooth daily operations, timely communication, and a welcoming environment for associates and visitors alike. Whether you're organizing new hires onboarding, managing store supplies, or keeping everyone connected, you'll bring structure, energy, and a helpful spirit to everything you do.
What Does an Administrative Assistant Do?
?? Manage Store Communications: Handle all incoming calls, maintain the associate callout log, and promptly notify managers of emergencies or callouts.
?? Support Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the Store Leader's calendar, scheduling meetings, interviews, and important store events while ensuring all commitments are well-organized and communicated.
?? Support Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel plans, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless itineraries and timely updates for the Store Leader.
? Support Talent & Training Initiatives: Assist with compliance tracking, training completions, and new hire orientation, including preparation for hiring events and onboarding sessions.
?? Maintain Scheduling Accuracy: Audit posted schedules to ensure timely updates and compliance with store policies.
? Uphold Safety & Compliance Standards: Track and maintain records for safety training, equipment certifications, and compliance requirements in coordination with the Asset Protection Team and Talent Partner.
?? Manage Supplies & Store Organization: Order and maintain store supplies, uniforms, and training materials while keeping break rooms and communication boards organized and up to date.
?? Enhance Store Culture & Engagement: Assist with planning store events, managing guest lists, coordinating seasonal decor, and organizing catering or food orders for the site, team, and visitors to support a positive and welcoming store environment.
??? Ensure Administrative Excellence: Perform additional tasks as needed to keep offices, processes, and organizational functions running smoothly.

??? Bring Retail Know-How: You have 1-3 years of experience in a retail or administrative environment where teamwork and customer experience matter.
?? Have a Solid Foundation: You've earned a high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus).

Additional Physical and Environmental Requirements:
?? Physical Activity:Frequent standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and crawling.
? Mobility & Movement: Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the day.
?? Lifting Ability: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently on a regular basis. Some projects may involve heavier items, which must be managed with proper assistance or equipment.
?? Vision Requirements: Includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
??? Temperature Flexibility: Comfortable in environments with varying temperature conditions.
