Hiring an Customer Service Representative in Irving, TX

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a leading healthcare client. This position plays a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and support to healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams. You'll help coordinate the delivery of specialty medications - making a real difference in patient care and satisfaction.

Location : Irving, TX

Schedul e: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Rate : $16-$18.00/hr. (based on experience, education, and location)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Onsite

Conversion Potential: Yes (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.

Coordinate initial and refill shipments for specialty medications.

Confirm delivery details and update patient records accurately in compliance with HIPAA.

Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient communication and problem-solving.

Maintain attention to detail in all scheduling and documentation tasks.

Participate in cross-training opportunities to support departmental growth.

Follow all HIPAA and applicable government regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1-3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (mandatory).

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards a plus.

Reliable attendance and strong initiative required.

Physical Requirements

Professional office setting.

Frequent sitting, standing, and reaching.

Must be able to do some heavy lifting

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
