Customer Service Representative Needed!

Location: Minooka, IL

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pay Range: $18 per hour

About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Support Department. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.

What You'll Do

Assist customers and business partners via phone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to deliveries and services

Monitor delivery routes to ensure timely completion

Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps for accurate recordkeeping

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently

What's Needed

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of related experience (preferably in a call center environment)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
