Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in managing the receipt and shipment of materials, ensuring efficient movement and organization within the warehouse. You will perform essential inventory transactions and maintain accurate records to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound materials and store them appropriately.

Manage outbound shipments, including packaging, label generation, pickup scheduling, and occasional drop-offs.

Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.

Conduct electronic inventory transactions and resolve issues promptly.

Perform regular inventory counts and manage consumable replenishment.

Maintain warehouse organization and participate in 5S activities.

Ensure critical parts are received and moved to correct locations quickly.

Organize and file receipt paperwork accurately.

Interact with suppliers to resolve receipt issues as needed.

Communicate clearly with management and team members.

Follow all established processes and procedures.

Essential Skills

Experience in inventory management, picking, and packaging.

Proficiency in material handling, shipping, and receiving.

Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift

Strong skills in packing and inventory control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Forklift experience is a plus.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
