Job Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048

Working Hours: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts (08:30-17:00)

Position Summary:

The Patient Services Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting international patients and their families by providing exceptional customer service and non-medical assistance throughout their healthcare journey. This position focuses on creating a welcoming, patient-centered experience, ensuring smooth coordination of services, and maintaining the highest standards of satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist international patients and families with professionalism and care.

Handle inquiries related to hospital services, hours, directions, and staff.

Prepare and distribute welcome packets with hospital and local information.

Arrange hotel accommodations, transportation, and visa-related support.

Maintain a clean, organized patient lounge and manage amenities.

Track visitor activity, services provided, and parking validations.

Process vendor check requests and purchase requisitions.

Collaborate with departments to meet language, dietary, and religious needs.

Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguard patient privacy.

Build and maintain local resource and vendor networks.

Collect and manage patient and family satisfaction surveys.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of customer service or hospitality experience (healthcare preferred).

Proven ability to manage and resolve complex service requests.

Experience working with executives and international clientele.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work on-site with start times between 8:00-9:30 a.m.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in international patient programs or luxury hospitality.

Multilingual and culturally sensitive.

Familiarity with hospital operations and patient coordination services.
