Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs age-specific nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with physical, mental, behavioral, or psychosocial needs, according to assignment and training. Grade Determinations: In addition to the basic requirements stated above, the following qualification criteria must be met for each grade.
