As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Center Patrol - Part Time in Sherman, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter unwanted activity.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter in a food and beverage production environment to help to deter unauthorized access and identify any unusual activity.

Document observations and/or incidents as required, following company and site protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.

Support site policies regarding access control, visitor management, and other security-related activities specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
