What Does a Senior Specialist of Sales & Retail Engagement Do?

? Sales & Customer Engagement Expertise: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets through proactive, solution-based customer interactions.
? Business Acumen & Strategy: Strong ability to analyze KPIs and apply insights to improve individual and team performance.
?? Product & Design Knowledge: Comfort and confidence working with home furnishings and design solutions, with a passion for style and function.
?? Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, thoughtful communication skills that elevate both customer interactions and team collaboration.
? Problem-Solving Agility: Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising service quality.
??? Tech Savvy: Experience using CRM systems, design tools, POS, and Microsoft or Google Suite tools to drive results.
