As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Control in Buckeye, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer focused on access control at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will interact with visitors and team members, providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a secure environment. This role is a driving position, requiring a valid driver's license in the state where you will work.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access points to the premises, verifying credentials and granting entry only to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles in a manufacturing and industrial location.

Assist with the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures and protocols to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns.

Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing questions, providing directions, and assisting with inquiries related to access control.

Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor access, incidents, and security-related activities as required by site protocols.

Collaborate with facility management and Allied Universal supervisors to communicate observations, report incidents, and support ongoing security-related improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
