Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing prompt and attentive customer service.

Coordinate schedules and appointments to maintain organization and efficiency.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create and manage documents, presentations, and reports.

Support team operations by maintaining records and organizing key information.

Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing necessary support.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information. Requirements - Proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls with excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in customer service and resolving inquiries effectively.

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with email correspondence and the ability to draft clear and well-structured messages.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.

Organizational skills to maintain records and prioritize tasks effectively.
