Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Gardena, California. In this role, you will support daily operations by managing files, performing accurate data entry, and assisting with various administrative tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize physical and digital files to ensure easy access and retrieval.

Accurately input data into systems and databases while verifying the integrity of the information.

Assist in coordinating and completing administrative projects within designated timelines.

Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all administrative activities.

Support scheduling efforts by arranging meetings and appointments.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the office. Requirements - Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.

Strong proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
