Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Three Rivers, Michigan. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to professionals or a department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.

Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents using a variety of software applications.

Handle expense reporting, including tracking and reconciling departmental expenses.

Maintain and organize files, ensuring easy access to important records and information.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations.

Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all logistics are in place.

Assist in preparing detailed departmental reports and presentations.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Support the team in maintaining quality assurance standards and procedures.

Contribute to the efficient functioning of business operations by completing various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Proficiency in using business software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Familiarity with coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
