Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$23.00 - $25.50 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

100% onsite role.

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Providing advanced administrative support to the Global Security leadership team, including the VP.

Monitoring and prioritizing emails, highlighting actions, and routinely authoring responses.

Coordinating and maintaining departmental files in compliance with corporate and legal guidelines.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Office Administration or equivalent.(required)

Are technically proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP/Concur , and other relevant systems. (required)

Possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills across all levels.
