Administrative Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide part-time support to the HR department in Manteca, California. This contract position offers an opportunity to assist with essential administrative tasks, including document management and data entry. The role is scheduled for 20-30 hours per week and will run through the end of December, with potential extension into January.

Responsibilities:

Organize and scan documents to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.

Input and update data into internal systems with precision.

Handle incoming calls and assist with inquiries in a thorough and attentive manner.

Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for meetings and appointments.

Support daily clerical tasks to enhance department functionality.

Collaborate with team members to complete administrative projects.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational policies while handling sensitive information.

Prepare and distribute correspondence as needed.

Assist in organizing files and ensuring proper documentation.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.

Proficiency in handling document management and data entry tasks.

Strong skills in answering calls and providing excellent customer service.

Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules effectively.

Familiarity with basic office software and tools.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
