Job Title: Account Consultant

Location: Southeast Region (Florida-based; preferably Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area)

Vertisis Custom Pharmacy is one of the most unique compounding pharmacies in the United States. Vertisis offers doctors access to custom compounded, personalized medicine for their patients, delivered directly to their practice or facility. The Vertisis team has over 60 years of experience working in, and managing, pharmacies and medical practices. The Vertisis team creates a harmonious combination between the normally segregated communities of conventional and natural medicine. This helps strengthen the connection between medical practices and compounding pharmacies to create better care for patients and the industry.

Job Activities and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Consultant to join our growing compounding pharmacy team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our provider network, strengthen our market presence, and drive organic business growth.

The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, skilled in relationship-building, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Functions:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth goals.

· Identify, engage, and onboard new healthcare providers and clinics through research, outreach, and networking.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective providers.

· Understand provider needs and demonstrate how our customized compounding solutions can enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.

· Gather provider feedback to help improve service quality and brand reputation.

· Increase brand visibility by attending conferences, community events, and professional networking functions.

· Use data-driven insights and performance metrics to optimize sales approaches and market strategies.

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and clinical) to ensure seamless customer experience.

· Represent the company at industry events including conferences and seminars.

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical preferred).

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field-or equivalent work experience.

Skills & Attributes:

· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

· Organized and adaptable, with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.

· Analytical thinker who uses data to guide decision-making.

Additional Preferences:

· Clinical or healthcare experience a plus.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

· Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
