As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol Driver in Naperville, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic hotels and resorts location, you will monitor assigned areas and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and excellent communication will foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. This position includes driving responsibilities, allowing you to cover a variety of spaces throughout the property. This is a Part Time Position and Not Eligible for Health Benefits or 401k

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Mon04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Tue05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Wed05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel and resort location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential disturbances.

Report any unusual activity or potential hazards to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.

Assist guests and staff with general inquiries and provide guidance as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Support the enforcement of client policies and procedures specific to the location.

Participate in site-specific training and maintain awareness of emergency procedures relevant to the hotel and resort environment.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
