Beverage Supply Chain Center of Excellence, Analyst II
The Analyst, Beverage Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of business processes across the Beverage Supply Chain. This role is part of a cross-functional team with a mission to enable sustainable operational excellence through effective business process management, technology enablement, and continuous development of our people.
The Analyst will partner closely with leaders across Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, and Planning to collect data, map processes, build dashboards, and identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization. This role will be critical in helping the organization measure and improve performance across five key areas: (1) Efficiency & Productivity, (2) Financial Performance, (3) Process Quality & Reliability, (4) Innovation & Continuous Improvement, and (5) People & Culture.
Essential Functions
Process Excellence & Governance
Support the documentation and standardization of end-to-end supply chain processes through playbooks, workflows, and RACI charts.
Assist in performing process mapping, identifying pain points, and tracking progress toward standardization.
Maintain organized repositories of process documentation and ensure updates are communicated to stakeholders.
Technology & Digital Enablement
Partner with IT, Planning, and Data teams to test and implement new digital tools and automation solutions.
Support business users in adopting system enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
Provide insights on system utilization and recommend opportunities to increase automation or streamline manual work.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at simplifying and optimizing supply chain processes.
Support root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving efforts using data-driven methods.
Contribute to idea generation, pilot testing, and documentation of best practices for scaling solutions across sites.
Change Management & Collaboration
Support training and communication efforts related to new processes, tools, and standards.
Work with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption of CoE initiatives.
Collaborate across Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics to maintain alignment and share learnings.
Data & Performance Analytics
Collect, analyze, and visualize operational and financial data to support decision-making and track CoE performance metrics.
Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards that measure KPIs related to efficiency, cost, service, process, productivity and reliability.
Partner with Finance and Supply Chain leaders to quantify the value of CoE initiatives and validate improvement results.
